This is a full-time role with multiple shift options. What your day looks like Work as part of a close-knit crew on a modern production floor. You'll follow safety procedures, stay active on your feet, and contribute to consistent, efficient output in a cold manufacturing environment. Compensation and growth Hourly rates ranging from $15.00-$20.80/hr. Hourly rate is determined by position and will be discussed during the interview. Opportunity to bid to higher paying positions after 3 months. Schedules Multiple shifts are available Monday-Saturday. Final schedule is determined by position and discussed during the interview. 1st

10pm-6am What you bring Commitment to all safety and security procedures. Comfort working in a cold manufacturing setting. Ability to stand for at least 8 hours per day. Capability to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. Willingness to work overtime and weekends when needed. Ability to stand for long periods with regular bending and twisting.
