Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team on a temporary basis. This full-time role is scheduled Monday through Friday, with an expected duration of 3 to 6 months. As a key contributor to our production line, you will support the assembly, quality, and safety processes within our busy manufacturing facility. Duties Operate manufacturing equipment and manual hand tools safely and efficiently to support assembly and production tasks Use measuring instruments and interpret technical drawings to ensure precise component placement and assembly Manage heavy lifting and manual handling tasks in accordance with safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment Utilize forklift and power tools as needed for material handling, inventory movement, and equipment setup Follow detailed production documents, work instructions, and safety standards to maintain quality control throughout the manufacturing process Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor, ensuring compliance with safety standards in production environments Skills Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience with familiarity in assembly line operations Mechanical knowledge including mechanical assembly, use of hand tools, power tools, and interpreting technical drawings Ability to operate forklifts safely; certification required Experience with measuring instruments and managing production documentation accurately Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments; committed to adhering to safety protocols at all times Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and heavy lifting procedures Technical proficiency with manufacturing equipment and ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively Excellent manual handling skills combined with physical stamina for heavy lifting tasks This role is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Pay:

$24.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have an active forklift certification? Are you available to work 1st shift 7:00AM-3:30PM? Are you available to work 2nd shift 3:30PM - 12:00AM? I understand this is a temporary role for 3-6 months?
