1st Job Summary We are seeking a dependable Factory Worker to support daily operations on our production line. This role involves hands-on production tasks, material handling, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment. On-the-job training is provided. Key Responsibilities Perform general, unskilled production work on a manufacturing line Follow instructions and direction from the Production Supervisor Monitor the production line to ensure smooth and efficient operation Count, sort, and organize materials Pack finished materials into cartons Apply correct labels to cartons based on contents Perform spot welding as needed Cut and fabricate materials according to production requirements Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience:

Previous manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required On-the-job training provided

Skills & Abilities:

Ability to follow instructions and learn production processes Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good time management skills Ability to perform repetitive tasks Ability to spot weld Ability to cut and fabricate materials
