Overview Join our team! We are hiring for multiple positions in our Pallet Shop and are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who take pride in doing quality work. Our team manufactures wooden pallets and other wood products in a fast-paced production environment. Positions involve a variety of responsibilities depending on experience, skills, and production needs. Training is available for the right candidates. Responsibilities Build and assemble wooden pallets and other wood products Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment Cut, stack, sort, and handle lumber and finished products Perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials throughout the workday Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy Follow production procedures and workplace safety requirements Maintain a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For Dependable and consistent attendance Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to perform physical and repetitive work Attention to quality and detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous manufacturing, woodworking, construction, or power tool experience is helpful, but not required for all positions Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking for an opportunity to learn, we encourage you to apply.
