Job Description

Production Associate | 1st and 3rd Shift Starting pay of $18.50 to $20.41 per hour, with a pay increase after 90 days based on performance. Work four 10-hour days, Monday through Thursday, with overtime available when you want to earn more. Manufacturing experience is not required. $18.50 to $20.41 per hour, based on shift and experience 3rd shift includes a 10% shift premium Performance-based pay increase after your first 90 days
Schedule:

Functional Responsibilities Work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment Understand and follow both written and verbal instructions Complete all work with accuracy and efficiency Adhere to all facets of safety policies and procedures Perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time Move and carry parts to holding areas Assist with line setup Load parts onto the production line Off-load finished parts and palletize Perform hand sanding Assemble cabinets and place them on the line Glue, nail, staple, and secure all framed parts for tops, sides, bottoms, and supports The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this position. Qualifications and Skills One or more years of production, assembly, carpentry, or comparable detail-oriented experience preferred Work history of one or more years preferred Knowledge of safe work practices Experience with power and air tools preferred Functional math skills and the ability to read a tape measure preferred High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to work effectively in a team environment Physical Requirements Prolonged standing, along with repetitive motion, bending, pushing, stooping, and pulling Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 80 lbs, with 1 to 25 lbs at average frequency Given the physical demands of this position, correct lifting techniques, proper body mechanics, and applicable safe work practices are essential Take the Next Step If you are looking for stability, growth, and an employer that invests in its people, this is your opportunity.
