JOB DESCRIPTION
What You'll Do Measure and weigh ingredients according to formula specifications. Mix paints, stains, and coatings to established color standards. Verify color matches and make adjustments as needed. Maintain accurate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products. Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe. Follow quality, safety, and production procedures. Cross-train in other production departments and assist as needed. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals. [FWK

Strong math and measurement skills. Ability to read and follow formulas, instructions, and production documents. Ability to work independently and stay focused on quality and accuracy.
