We are seeking an entry-level professional to support manufacturing operations, production control, process and equipment management, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include maintaining work standards and manufacturing documentation, managing master data, identifying and resolving process issues, and supporting improvement activities. This position will work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams, as well as our headquarters in Korea. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred Entry-level candidates and recent graduates are welcome Good communication and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment Bi-Lingual (Fluent in English & Korean) preferred Salary and Benefit Salary is negotiable Permanent residency sponsorship available for qualified candidates With more than 50 years of experience, we are a well-established and growing manufacturer of automotive electric motor products, including blower motors and EPS-related motor applications.
