Moraine, OH Electronics Production Associate Requirements/Qualifications Strong attention to detail is required. Must be comfortable working independently in a very quiet work environment. Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and consistently. Computer and email experience required. Ability to follow written procedures and work instructions carefully. Must be able to distinguish between similar parts and product numbers to ensure accuracy. Clothing must fit appropriately and not create a workplace safety hazard. Hair must be secured when necessary, and loose clothing or jewelry should be avoided. Nails must be maintained at a safe and appropriate length for job responsibilities. Closed-toe and closed-back shoes are required in production, warehouse, and laboratory areas. Steel-toe shoes are not required. Must maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance with good personal hygiene. About the Electronics Production Associate Role As an Electronics Production Associate, your responsibilities will include: Assist in the electronics room and calibration room. Assemble electronic monitoring devices. Assemble cases, apply labels, and install batteries into devices. Prepare finished products for shipment to customers. Perform visual inspections to ensure product accuracy and quality. Complete required paperwork and labeling. Safely handle customer equipment. Box and package finished products for shipment. Follow written procedures and work instructions carefully. Verify that the correct parts are selected when working with similar product numbers. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and basic upkeep of laboratory work areas.
