We are a paper board packaging company with 2 locations 1 mile apart from each other. We are hiring 1st shift Production Team Members to join our team in Mount Orab, Ohio 45154! You will operate in a fasted paced friendly environment while leaning processes, machinery and equipment, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.

Specific responsibilities include assisting with machine operations, general housekeeping, and other assigned tasks. Candidates must demonstrate reliability and the ability to work independently.

Organization:

• 90-day orientation period
• Direct deposit is the method of payroll.
• 48 hours of paid holidays

• $75 reimbursement for safety toed work boots after 30 days.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Overtime available

Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion Adhere to safety policies and procedures Tasks that require little skill and that can be learned quickly Job duties of general labor vary day to day, zero specialties. Beginning machine operations, Non-order processing, supervised machine setups and runs

Requirements:

Job requires training Must have physical strength, hand-eye coordination and endurance. Must be able to concentrate on their tasks. Ability to communicate and understand is also essential Education background is not mandatory

Essential Functions:

Aid in operation of production machinery per instructions Watch machine indicators to make sure the machine is working properly Conducting periodic tests and inspections of products to evaluate quality Use logic and reasoning to provide solutions to problems. Optimize equipment performance to meet and exceed standards and or deadlines Be open to change and constant process improvements. Utilize a tape measure, caliper, and moisture meters.
