Compensation & Incentives Starting pay of $20.00-$21.00 per hour $1,000 Sign-On Bonus Monthly Incentive Bonus of up to $400 $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Paid overtime opportunities Long-term career advancement potential Position Overview As a General Laborer, you will work alongside experienced production professionals to manufacture high-quality precast concrete products. This position is ideal for individuals who prefer hands-on work, enjoy seeing the results of their efforts, and want a stable career with opportunities to grow. Key Responsibilities Assist with the production of precast concrete products Prepare materials, tools, and work areas for daily operations Lift, move, stack, and organize materials safely and efficiently Operate basic hand tools and equipment after training Support production crews with assembly, setup, and cleanup activities Inspect work areas and materials for safety and quality concerns Follow established safety procedures and company policies Perform other production-related tasks as assigned What We Are Looking For Strong work ethic and reliable attendance Ability to work in a physically demanding environment Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions Commitment to workplace safety Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Previous manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or labor experience is helpful but not required.
