Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the assembly and fabrication of products, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work collaboratively within an assembly line environment.
Shift Hours:
3:00PM-11:30PM - Monday - Friday Duties Assemble components and products according to specifications and quality standards. Operate various hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Fabricate parts as needed for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications. Work on the assembly line, performing repetitive tasks while maintaining focus on quality control. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and improve processes. The Racker Team Member is responsible for affixing small aluminum parts onto titanium metal anodizing racks Experience Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with mechanical concepts and the ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is advantageous. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively within a factory setting is desirable. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work are essential for success in this role.
