Role:

PlasCell Ohio, LLC is looking for a motivated and reliable Sandblasting Worker to join our growing manufacturing team. No experience with DLC coating? No problem! We provide a comprehensive Paid Training Period where you will learn to operate our advanced Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating systems, master pre- and post-processing techniques, and handle routine equipment maintenance. Key Responsibilities:

Specialized Operations:

Operate sandblasting equipment and perform precision assembly tasks.

System Support:

Assist in operating and maintaining our DLC coating machinery after completing your training.

Quality & Safety:

Follow strict safety protocols to ensure a clean, organized, and accident-free workspace.

Efficiency:

Complete assigned production tasks accurately and on schedule to meet client needs.

Documentation:

Maintain clear productivity records and report any incidents or equipment issues promptly.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED. Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude. Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications (Not Required): 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or production setting. Hands-on experience with hand tools or mechanical equipment. Forklift operation experience. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
