Shift Location:
North Ridgeville, OH Pay:

$17.50/hr + $2.00/hr

Shift Differential Shift:

1st Shift (5:00 AM

•3:30 PM) | 2nd Shift (1:00 PM

What You'll Do:

Assemble parts and products according to strict specifications Inspect finished products for quality using rulers, gauges, and visual checks Operate and monitor production equipment Document production and quality checks accurately Identify and report any defects Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Meet daily production goals and deadlines Assist with training and support other team members as needed

What You Bring:

High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing, production, or assembly experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on your feet for long shifts Good communication and teamwork skills
