Blueprint Reading:
Interpret blueprints, work orders, specifications, and safety requirements with accuracy.Cutting & Fabrication:
Cut wood and metal to precise specifications using saws, shears, and other equipment.Assembly:
Build and fasten components using bolts, screws, rivets, clips, and other hardware.Tool Operation:
Safely and efficiently operate pneumatic and hand tools.Machine Setup & Maintenance:
Set up equipment and perform preventive maintenance to keep production moving.Quality Inspection:
Inspect finished products to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.Observation:
Complete required safety and quality checks to maintain a reliable work environment.Safety Commitment:
Follow all company safety policies and help create a safe workplace for everyone. You will receive on the job training for: Basic math, tape measurement, and computer skills Working with hand and power tools Reading and interpreting blueprints What You Bring to theTable:
Must be 18 years oldWhat Sets You Apart:
Previous experience in manufacturing Previous experience working on truck bodies Construction experience is a plus High School Diploma or equivalentGED Physical Requirements:

Clear communication is key, so you'll be regularly required to talk and listen as part of a safety-focused, team-driven environment. You'll also lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical movements like bending, squatting, reaching overhead, and occasionally crawling in tight spaces.
