Job Duties and Essentials Functions:
- Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
- Perform assembly of components, sub-assemblies, and final products using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment according to engineering blueprints.
- Operate, load, and unload various production machines including mounting machines, light machines, and specialized equipment.
- Execute electrical repair, salvage, and specialized wiring assembly to ensure product functionality and quality.
- Conduct final packing, finishing, and quality checks on products.
- Monitor equipment and finished products for quality control, troubleshoot minor issues, and perform relief/repair tasks as needed.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area, adhering to all safety protocols and production standards. - Continuously stand or walk (up to 12 hours per day)
- Bend, squat, and lift up to 35lbs frequently
- Work on a moving/conveyor style production line or stabilized workstation
- Assemble and install parts by hand or using tools/equipment.
- Crating and packaging of materials, parts, products etc. ## Minimum requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 18 years old or older
- 1 year of consistent work history ## Preferred skills and experiences
- 6 months of manufacturing work experience
