Nights, 6:00 PM-6:00

AM Schedule:

Rotating schedule (2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 3 days off). Every other weekend required. Annual schedule provided in advance to support planning and work-life balance. Hire Sync is hiring Production / Machine Operators for a large-scale manufacturing facility operating around the clock. This is a hands-on role ideal for candidates with production, machine operation, or general manufacturing experience who are comfortable working 12-hour night shifts in a structured environment.

What You'll Do:

Read work orders to determine production requirements Stage work areas and prepare boxes or containers Load and unload materials into production equipment Operate machine control panels and monitor production flow Seal boxes and containers carefully to prevent contamination Safely operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting as needed Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

What We're Looking For:

Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English Comfortable working rotating 12-hour night shifts Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs Forklift experience preferred Able to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and reliability Steel-toe boots required

Physical Requirements:

Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and stretching Continuous use of lower back and abdominal muscles Dexterity and strength to handle materials and equipment throughout the shift
