We manufacture solid and engineered wood flooring. Level 1 factory workers are responsible for the following job duties:

Responsibilities:

Stacking, cutting, punching, feeding and/or nesting flooring Lifting, pushing and pulling 25-50lbs frequently (more than 50lbs occasionally). Continuous bending, stooping and squatting. Following safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Qualifications Ability to stand for long periods of time Bending, walking and lifting up to 25-50lbs on a frequent basis Ability to work day shift, occasional Saturdays and overtime Benefits Opportunity for a raise after 30 days 6 paid holidays a year PTO (paid time off) after 90 days Medical (after 90 days) 401K (after 90 days) Life Insurance (after 90 days) Previous production or factory experience is preferred.
