Production Support

Job Summary We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Support Associates to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Rockford, Ohio. This role supports production operations by assisting machine operators, supplying materials to the line, and ensuring smooth workflow across the plant. Key Responsibilities Operate various machines and equipment on the production floor Fill gaps on production lines during breaks or absences Supply production lines with materials (caps, bottles, paste, packaging, etc.) Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and production changeovers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety and quality policies Work closely with line operators and supervisors to meet production goals Requirements 1-4 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred Forklift or pallet jack experience is a plus Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Why Work Here?
