Francis Manufacturing Company is seeking a welder/grinder for first shift. Hours are 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. This position will train with our current TIG production welder on competent aluminum welding for castings. When not working in welding, this position will work in the Grinding Department. Grinders are responsible for grinding and smoothing seams and rough edges off of our castings before they are sent to our customers using various grinding equipment. Experience with TIG welding with aluminum is preferred, but we are willing to train the right individual with a weld background. Experience with Grinding also preferred, but training is provided on the job. Great work ethic, initiative, and team work are all a plus. Good attendance is required. Francis Manufacturing Company works with area staffing agencies and you will initially be hired through an agency for approximately 8 weeks. During this time your overall performance and attendance will be evaluated and a determination made as to your potential for hire.

Excellent Wages and Benefits:

beginning pay between $23.00-$25.00/hour with increases every 4 weeks. Holiday Pay, Vacation Pay, Personal Days, Medical/Prescription/Dental/Vision/Life Insurances available. 100%
