Job Description

Tenda Horse Products is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Compounder Employee to support the manufacturing and production of equine care products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, maintaining quality standards, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities Accurately measure, mix, and compound ingredients according to formulas and production schedules Operate and monitor mixing, filling, labeling, and packaging equipment Follow all quality control and safety procedures throughout production Record batch information and maintain production documentation Inspect finished products to ensure consistency and quality standards Clean and sanitize equipment and production areas between batches Receive and organize raw materials and production supplies Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing, production, compounding, or warehouse experience preferred but not required Ability to follow written instructions and standard operating procedures Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Forklift experience is a plus (training available if needed) Dependable attendance and strong work ethic What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Training and growth opportunities Stable full-time employment Team-oriented work environment Paid time off and benefits package (if applicable) Overtime opportunities may be available based on production demand
