Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor machines for food packaging. Inspect packaged products for correct weight, sealing, labeling, and compliance with food safety standards. Adhere to GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. Maintain logs for production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities. Clean equipment to ensure sanitary and operational readiness.
Qualifications:
Experience in food packaging or machine operation preferred. Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, GMP, FDA regulations). Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and maintenance. Ability to lift and move heavy materials. #
