Job Description
Manufacturing Production and Packaging Associate All-In Nutritionals | Springfield, Ohio Full-Time | In-Person | First Shift | Monday through Friday All-In Nutritionals is seeking a reliable, fast-paced, organized and hands-on Manufacturing, Production and Packaging Associate to join our growing dietary supplement manufacturing team. This position primarily supports powder filling, encapsulation, packaging, labeling and other day-to-day manufacturing and production needs. The individual may also assist with limited batching, inventory and material-handling responsibilities as needed. This is a full-time, first-shift position performed entirely on-site at our Springfield, Ohio facility. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required based on production schedules and business needs. We are looking for candidates interested in stable, long-term employment and professional growth with our company. Professional references will be required. Primary Responsibilities Fill powder and liquid products into containers accurately and efficiently Operate and assist with encapsulation equipment and capsule production Package, label, seal and prepare finished products Assist with all areas of manufacturing, production and packaging Set up, operate and clean manufacturing and packaging equipment Follow production records, written instructions, SOPs and quality requirements Complete required production records and documentation accurately and in real time Use our ERP and other technology systems to record production and material information Inspect packaging, labels and finished products for accuracy and quality Maintain clean and organized production areas, equipment, tools and supplies Follow strict cleaning, sanitation, hygiene and cross-contamination-prevention procedures Assist with staging materials and packaging components for production Provide limited support with batching, inventory, receiving or material handling when needed Promptly report equipment problems, material discrepancies and production concerns Help the team meet daily production schedules while maintaining accuracy and product quality Required Qualifications Exceptional reliability, punctuality and attendance Strong organization and attention to detail Ability to follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately Comfort using computers, tablets, ERP software and other workplace technology Ability to complete production records clearly and accurately Willingness to follow strict cleaning, sanitation, safety and quality procedures Ability to work independently and collaboratively Flexibility to assist in different manufacturing and production areas Ability to stand or sit for extended periods while performing repetitive production tasks Ability to safely move materials and supplies as required Manufacturing Machinery experience and know how Genuine interest in stable, long-term employment Preferred Experience Previous experience in dietary supplement, food, beverage, pharmaceutical or another regulated manufacturing environment is a significant advantage. Experience with any of the following is also helpful: Powder filling Encapsulation Packaging and labeling Manufacturing or production equipment maintenece and use Cleaning and sanitation in a regulated facility Inventory or material handling ERP or electronic production systems cGMP manufacturing requirements The Person We Are Looking For The right person is dependable, organized, attentive and willing to work wherever support is needed within manufacturing and production.
