$22.00/hour + $0.66/hour attendance premium

11:00 PM•7:30 AM | Up to $24.16/hour including shift differential Job Summary We are seeking an Production Assembly Lead to support production, quality, and safety in a manufacturing environment. This position operates production equipment, performs quality inspections, assists with assembly processes, and helps ensure production goals are met. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, able to follow detailed instructions, and comfortable working with production equipment, hand tools, and robotic-assisted processes. What You'll Do Perform quality checks and assist with sorting activities. Assemble and sub-assemble components using hand tools and air tools. Operate production line equipment while maintaining quality standards and production quotas. Place parts into jigs and use robotic assistance to attach components. Perform quality inspections during and after assembly. Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Move products between process areas using hand carts and dollies. Reset equipment alarms and make minor CNC program adjustments. Train other associates on established processes. Perform periodic inventory counts. Sort finished goods to ensure quality parts are delivered to the customer. Communicate production and quality concerns to Team Leaders and coworkers. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support continuous improvement efforts. Assist with supervising associates and temporary employees when the Team Leader is absent. Perform other duties as assigned. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous manufacturing or assembly line experience preferred. Basic understanding of quality tools. Ability to read and understand work instructions. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to work mandatory overtime. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Ability to bend, twist, reach, and perform repetitive arm movements. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds . Ability to stand on concrete floors for extended periods. Ability to work in temperatures up to 100°F . Ability to work mandatory overtime. Must follow all required safety procedures and PPE requirements. Why Consider This Opportunity?
