Job Description
Welder - Production Operator (Non - Exempt) About Ever-Roll Ever-Roll Specialties Co. is "Bent on Perfection," a small, employee-owned and established metal fabricating manufacturer doing business since 1945. Position Overview This position will be on 2nd shift (3:15 p.m. - 1:45 a.m.). Monday - Thursday (10-hour days), Friday off. OT when required (but rare). Welding will make up some of the shift hours with production as needed. Key Responsibilities Welding components/parts to specification. Production support as needed (includes running machinery, inspection of parts, quality, efficiency and timely production). Required At least one year of welding/MIG experience in a manufacturing setting. Manufacturing experience including CNC machines, robot welders, presses, benders is a plus but not required. Flexibility and willingness to learn. An onsite welding test will be given. Pre-employment drug & alcohol testing. Other Benefits Four-day work week. 100% Employee-Owned.
