Job Description
Job Overview Una Care Products is a cGMP-certified contract manufacturer of cosmetic and personal care products. Our production volume varies from week to week, and we're building a small on-call team we can bring in for specific runs. This isn't a standing weekly schedule. It's steady, reliable part-time work when we need it, with no obligation between runs. This is a good fit if you want flexible hours, don't need full-time income, and can commit to showing up reliably once you say yes to a shift. What you'll do Support hands-on production tasks: filling, labeling, packaging, and basic assembly line work Follow written procedures and instructions precisely, since we operate under strict quality and safety standards Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Work as part of a small team under direct supervision from our Production Lead Keep your workspace clean and organized, and follow all safety protocols What you'll need Ability to stand, bend, and lift for a full shift Ability to follow step-by-step instructions consistently and accurately Reliable transportation to our Strongsville facility Availability on short notice when a run comes up (we'll give as much lead time as we can) Ability to commit to a full shift once you accept it (shifts are a minimum of 4 hours) No experience required. We'll train you on our specific processes. How this works You'll go through a short onboarding and orientation before your first shift. When we have a production run, we'll reach out to everyone on the on-call list to see who's available. You're never obligated to take a shift, and we're never obligated to offer a set number of hours. Shifts run a minimum of 4 hours. You can generally expect about 3 days to a week of notice before a shift, though we'll always try to give you as much lead time as we can.
