WYN Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented Product Integration Technician to configure, process, test, and package network, television, and phone devices while accurately documenting all device handling and processing activities. This role requires a strong commitment to quality, accountability, and operational excellence. The Product Integration Technician will also provide technical and operational support to clients, customers, and customer service teams to help ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with rotating Saturday shifts.
Training Schedule:
Initial training will be conducted on first shift. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to their assigned schedule. Key Responsibilities Configure, test, process, and package network, television, and phone devices while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency. Meet shipping deadlines and production requirements in a fast-paced environment. Follow established procedures, workflows, and best practices for device configuration and processing. Interpret technical documentation and apply technical information as needed. Ensure all work meets company quality standards while continuously seeking opportunities to improve productivity and turnaround times. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals. Support inventory control activities to maintain accurate inventory tracking and accountability. Provide technical assistance and support to customer service and support teams. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in cross-training initiatives and adapt to changing operational priorities as needed. Qualifications Ability to successfully pass an extensive background investigation required to obtain NERC certification . Intermediate knowledge of computer systems, networking equipment, and electronic devices. Ability to use hand tools, testing equipment, and calibration instruments. Ability to read, interpret, and follow technical documentation, manuals, and work instructions. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and related software tools. Strong documentation, recordkeeping, and note-taking skills. Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Flexibility to perform a variety of duties in support of company objectives. Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and stakeholders. Education and Experience Associate degree in a technical discipline from an accredited two-year college or technical school preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant work experience.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
