JOB SUMMARY

Sort apparel by size, color and type. Prepare and inspect orders before and after decoration. Support all areas of the production process.

JOB FUNCTIONS

Inspect garments for quality issues. Verify item counts and check against the work orders. Place garments neatly in boxes in preparation for the shipping department. Become proficient and trained in other aspects of production to support all departments. Utilize personal protective equipment as required for personal safety. Maintain clean work area and equipment. Perform job consistently within established performance standards. Punctual, observes prescribed work break/meal periods and has an acceptable overall attendance record. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma, GED or demonstrated reliable work record with the ability to read and write proficiently.
