(Hale and or HPC) is a family-owned/locally owned business with more than 95 years of operations. We provide metal surface finishing services to its costumers. Hale is currently experiencing significant growth in its operations and is currently seeking qualified candidates to assist our team in providing high quality service to our customers.

Shift Production Associate Position Summary :
Hale is seeking to hire a full-time 2nd shift Nickel Prep. The primary responsibility of the position is to prep products to get them ready for Nickel plating. Some of the prep work could entail cleaning, sandblasting, masking and or grinding. All HPC Associates are expected to follow the coating procedures as trained, in a safe manner, while meeting the quality requirements outlined by the customer. A qualified candidate will also be responsible to maintain a clean and safe work area in order to efficiently meet production schedule to provide a high-quality service to our customers. Most local candidates do not have experience in the industry of metal coatings. We look for candidates who communicate well, are trainable and have at least 3 years of work history at their previous employers, eager to learn and have perfect attendance.
Baseline Roles and Responsibilities:
Practices safe work habits by complying with all safety policies and procedures. Demonstrates an interest in learning and development. Ability to perform procedures and ensure standard work instructions are being followed consistently and correctly as trained. Maintains effectiveness when experiencing process changes in work tasks or the work environment. Ability to work independently and work well with other team members. Ensure housekeeping duties are performed. Keeping the designated work area organized and clean.
Education:
High school diploma / GED or equivalent
Experience:
Excellent attendance record Previous working experience in a factory or warehouse ideal but not required working knowledge of various hand tools building and or blueprint reading measuring tools such as board gauges, micrometers and calipers experience using

Pay is $18 per hour with a $1.50 shift premium for 2nd shift We offer a competitive benefits package that starts the 1st of the month following 30 days worked.
