Raymath is a rapidly growing metal fabrication company looking for motivated, dependable team members to join our manufacturing operations in Troy and Coldwater, Ohio. We have opportunities across multiple manufacturing areas and shifts. If you have experience in fabrication, welding, machine operation, machining, finishing processes, or laser operation—or you're motivated to build your manufacturing career—we want to hear from you.

Laser / CNC Laser Operations Welding & Robotic Welding Brake Press Operation CNC & Machine Operation Metal Fabrication Finishing & Deburring Material Handling General Manufacturing & Production Quality Inspection Other skilled manufacturing positions

Manufacturing or fabrication experience is preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools is encouraged Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to learn, cross-train, and grow within the company Safety-focused approach to your work
