Stanley Black & Decker is looking for Equipment Operator to help test and evaluate outdoor power equipment at our Valley City, OH location. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with equipment, following procedures, identifying issues, and documenting results. Job Overview Join the Stanley Black & Decker team as a Production Associate testing outdoor power equipment. You'll operate and inspect mowers, tillers, and other equipment, record test results, and help identify quality and performance issues. Training is provided — equipment experience is a plus, not required. What You'll Do Operate and test outdoor power equipment. Inspect equipment and identify issues. Record test results and basic information. Follow safety and testing procedures. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. What We're Looking For Reliable and safety-minded. Able to follow instructions and complete basic documentation. Comfortable operating equipment. Comfortable working outdoors. Manufacturing, mechanical, landscaping, or equipment experience is a plus.
