Job Description
Full-Time Assistant Sheeter 3rd Shift!!! Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: As a Sheeter Assistant, you will be integral to the manufacturing process, ensuring the efficient operation of sheeting equipment and contributing to high-quality production standards. Reporting to the Production Supervisor, you will utilize your mechanical knowledge and experience with flexo presses to assist in the setup and maintenance of machinery. Your familiarity with packaging and warehouse operations will enhance workflow efficiency. Get rolls ready for Sheeter and load the roll stands. Pull sheeted loads from delivery and stage in an organized manner. Split cores, stack core plugs, unwrap rolls, and perform other required duties. Clean department as needed. Participate in any tasks necessary to allow for continuous operation of the process. Follow all Plant Safety rules and maintain a safe working environment. Monitor the level of quality in the products being produced. Required Skills Qualifications include, but are not limited to: Strong mechanical aptitude/skills Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to understand technical written and verbal instructions Must be able to work other shifts if needed and perform overtime work as required.
