740 Metro, an Authorized Retailer of Metro by T-Mobile, is looking for motivated, friendly, and customer-focused Retail Sales Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, has a passion for technology and wireless services, and is motivated to achieve sales goals while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Greet customers and create a welcoming store experience. Understand customers' wireless needs and recommend the right phones, plans, accessories, and services. Process new activations, upgrades, payments, and other customer transactions accurately. Explain products, promotions, pricing, and available services. Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment. Stay informed about current Metro by T-Mobile products, promotions, and services. Qualifications Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Positive attitude and professional appearance. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but training is available for the right candidate . Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
