Production Associate -

Extrusion Pay:

$19.45/hr. 7PM to 7 AM OR 7AM to 7PM rotating shift for 24/7 facility

Notes:

• Shifts are 12-hour shifts
• They rotate 3-2-2-3
• Must be okay with overtime
• Non-climate-controlled facility
• Must lift up to 50lbs

Qualifications:

Required Education, Skills & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Experience in an assembly-line or manufacturing environment preferred but not required. Perform tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to read and comprehend English language. Ability to use hand tools such as snips or chisel. Must be able to use, understand, and thoroughly read a tape measure. Be dependable and on-time with attendance. Be flexible and willing to learn, including cross-training and developing in other areas in the plant Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Work well with others on the team

Key Accountabilities:

Operate equipment and tools used in the vinyl extrusion process. Use material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Pack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment. Inspect extruded product and equipment; promptly communicate quality or equipment issues. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained work area; perform required housekeeping. Follow and uphold all safety standards and procedures. Perform other duties assigned, including cross-training to become proficient across multiple positions and production lines. 1) Hand Tools a. Drill/driver b. Hack saw c. Reciprocating saw 2) PIT a. Powered pallet jack/Lowboy b. Tugger (smaller than pallet jack)
