Starting Wage:

$18.00/hr. $2.00/hr. shift differential when working 2 nd & 3 rd shift!

Work Hours:

Rotating Shifts (Every 6 weeks) 7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7

AM Work Location:

Willard, Ohio As an Entry Level Production Worker in the Bindery, you will: Feed book sections into binding machine Using equipment, move book components from pallet to the machine Move books from the production line and stack into boxes Work in a team environment and cross-train with others Receive training to help advance your career!

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates should have a basic understanding of the English language to support effective communication within the team, as this is essential for successful job performance Ability to lift and carry 20-50 pounds Ability to stand for the duration of your shift Consistent work experience preferred Machine experience preferred, but not required Ability to rotate shifts and work weekends as needed Work overtime when scheduled
