Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively across departments.
Lead and support continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
Collaborate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to develop and implement process enhancements.
Collect and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Train and mentor team members on continuous improvement tools and best practices to foster a culture of operational excellence.

Role:
The Lean Process Improvement Specialist plays a critical role in enhancing manufacturing processes to drive operational excellence and increase overall efficiency. This position focuses on identifying areas for improvement within production workflows, implementing lean manufacturing principles, and reducing waste to optimize resource utilization. The engineer collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop solutions, and ensure sustainable improvements that align with business objectives. By leveraging process improvement methodologies, the role aims to elevate product quality, reduce costs, and shorten production cycle times. Ultimately, the Continuous Improvement Engineer contributes to building a culture of continuous improvement that supports the companys long-term growth and competitiveness in the manufacturing industry.Minimum Qualifications:
Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher) or Lean Manufacturing.Bachelors degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process improvement.
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to work effectively across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with manufacturing software systems such as ERP or MES.Knowledge of quality management systems like ISO 9001.Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and software (e.g., Minitab).Previous experience leading cross-functional improvement projects.Responsibilities:
