About the Role As a Personal Care Aide, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily living needs while fostering a sense of dignity and independence. Key Responsibilities In this role, you'll be responsible for: Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Providing basic health-related services, including monitoring vital signs and reporting changes in condition. Supporting clients with mobility and physical activities, including transfers and exercises. Preparing meals and assisting with feeding, as needed. Offering companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintaining a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Following care plans and ensuring clients' needs are met with respect and professionalism. What We're Looking ForTo succeed in this role, you'll need: A valid CNA, HHA or STNA certification. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. A compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
