Now Hiring Production Associates in Wilmington, Ohio!

Shift:

1st Shift, 7:00am-3:00pm, Monday-Friday (potential overtime)

Rate:

$17.00 (to start) We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Clean & Box Production Associate to join our team. This is a very physical, hands-on position that requires candidates to be comfortable standing, walking, lifting, building boxes, and handling products throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

Job Responsibilities:

Build and assemble boxes for finished products. Assist with cleaning, preparing, and boxing completed cots and other products. Print manuals for various departments as needed. Print, verify, and validate UDI labels. Complete daily UDI reconciliation reports. Assemble and organize manufacturing order totes for the Clean & Box process. Print manuals on demand and compile manufacturing order "grey totes." Deliver printed manuals to Clean & Box and support manual printing for departments including Warehouse, Customer Service, and Sales. Perform required daily equipment and workstation setup activities. Operate and troubleshoot industrial printers, including clearing paper jams and resolving basic printing issues. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment. Follow all company procedures, quality standards, rules, and regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Physical Requirements:

Standing and walking for extended periods throughout the shift. Performing repetitive physical tasks. Building and assembling boxes. Moving, cleaning, and boxing finished products. Working on their feet in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications:

Ability to manage time effectively and follow a consistent, repeating workflow throughout the shift. Ability to meet department quality and production standards. Willingness to learn new processes and procedures. Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail, especially when printing and verifying labels and manuals. Ability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues. Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment. Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as needed.
