At ADS, our Production Associates play an essential role in producing high-quality products that support infrastructure and sustainability efforts across North America. What You'll Do As a Production Associate, you will support the production line by packaging, inspecting, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment while helping maintain safe and efficient manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Support a strong culture of workplace safety Perform visual quality inspections on finished products Label and package products according to customer and company standards Monitor production output to help maintain efficiency goals Assist with production line start-ups, shutdowns, and tooling changeovers Help set up and maintain downstream equipment Follow standard operating procedures and packaging specifications Maintain a clean and organized work environment Wear and properly use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Work closely with Line Operators and team members to meet production goals Participate in training programs and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Preferred Skills & Qualifications Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Dependable with a strong work ethic Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to learn new skills and processes Basic math and problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout a 8-12 hour shift Ability to lift, move, and handle finished products safely Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching Comfortable working in varying temperatures and industrial environments Schedule Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed Full-time position with consistent hours Looking for 2nd shift (4pm-12:30am) Pay & Benefits Compensation $17.20 - $20.00/hour + $1000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments. Pay may vary based on shift, location, experience, and qualifications.
