Responsibilities Operate lamination machines to apply adhesive layers accurately and efficiently on various materials. Use power tools and hand tools to cut, shape, and assemble laminated components according to technical drawings and specifications. Interpret production documents, including technical drawings and process instructions, to ensure precise execution of tasks. Manage heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely while adhering to safety protocols and standards. Utilize measuring instruments to verify dimensions, tolerances, and quality of finished products. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and tools, performing minor mechanical adjustments as needed for optimal operation. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting enhancements for safety and productivity. Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation in compliance with manufacturing management procedures. Experience Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly preferred, especially in roles involving lamination or assembly line work. Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, interpreting technical drawings, and using measuring instruments is essential. Familiarity with forklift operation and manual handling techniques is advantageous for material movement within the facility. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including lean manufacturing principles and safety protocol adherence. Demonstrated ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively while maintaining high-quality output. Strong mechanical knowledge combined with technical proficiency in power tools and hand tools used in manufacturing processes.
