You will contribute to our team's success by maintaining rigorous safety standards and optimizing workflow efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor industrial machinery to ensure production targets are met consistently. Execute quality control inspections to verify that all finished products adhere to strict specifications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline manufacturing processes and improve overall throughput. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace by strictly following established industrial safety protocols. Perform routine equipment maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure operational continuity. Handle, move, and position heavy materials safely throughout the production floor. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and standing for extended periods. Proven capacity to work rotating 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends. Successful completion of pre-employment screening and physical capability assessments. Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to facility policies. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial production setting. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing production requirements and environments. Previous experience with specialized manufacturing equipment or machinery. Certifications or technical training related to industrial operations or safety standards.
