Every Saturday | 12-hour shift | 7:00 a.m.

Key Responsibilities Change out serial number plates on curing presses every Saturday to prepare for the upcoming week's tire production Use small hand tools to carefully remove and replace plates Take extra care not to scratch or damage the mold surfaces

• attention to detail is key! Work independently and stay focused during a full 12-hour shift Follow all safety procedures and ensure your work area stays clean and organized Requirements Skills and Knowledge

• Saturdays Only Previous manufacturing experience is strongly preferred Must be able to lift 50 pounds(or more) and perform repetitive work.

Must be able to safely shut down and start various types of presses, including following all Lock Out/Tag Out procedures Comfortable working at different heights, including climbing stairs and reaching overhead Serial number plates are changed from both the top and bottom of the press—this requires the ability to reach above your head, kneel, or lie down as needed Must be able to stand and walk on concrete for 95% of a 12-hour shift Strong work ethic: reliable, respectful, and committed to meeting production goals Must be able to follow detailed instructions, maintain a positive attitude, and adhere to all safety guidelines Education and Experience

• Saturdays Only High school diploma or equivalent Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Ability to meet production workflow with quality assurance, safety-minded, and attention to detail.
