We are looking for a team player who is ready to pitch in wherever help is needed, takes accountability for tasks assigned and completes jobs with a sense of urgency and pride in their work. Must be reliable, hard working and looking for a longterm position. Must be able to work well in a team environment. As part of the PU casting production team you will preform the following duties:

• Perform cast molding procedures that include set-up, pouring and demolding of various custom molded parts. Involves lifting 70-100lb parts and working with hot materials.
• Utilize power tools to prepare steel parts for production. (Drilling, grinding, cutting and sand blasting)
• Must be able to lift 70-100lb parts throughout the day and work safely with hot parts
• Operate paint equipment and paint booth for steel/product preparation
• Read and follow process instructions to maintain product quality; comply with quality control requirements and follow QC processes
• Operate pallet jack, forklift, drum tippers, etc
• Troubleshoot equipment as needed
• Weigh and mix raw materials
• Pour, load and unload batches of mixed materials
• Utilize the laser machine to mark/engrave products
• Package and ship finished product and move materials as needed
• Detect and report improper operation, faulty equipment, defective materials and unusual conditions
• Keep working area clean and tidy; clean work station at the end of the day and prepare for next day
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
