Futurola Operator

We are hiring an experienced Futurola Production Operator for a high-volume cannabis manufacturing facility in Prague, Oklahoma. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented operator with real-world experience running Futurola equipment in a fast-paced production environment. This is a hands-on role requiring consistency, speed, quality control, and professionalism. Requirements Must currently hold valid OMMA employee credentials Must have prior experience operating Futurola equipment Must understand preroll production workflows and quality standards Must be dependable and punctual Must be capable of working efficiently in a team environment Must maintain a clean and organized workspace Must understand compliance expectations in regulated cannabis manufacturing Responsibilities Operate and maintain Futurola preroll production equipment Prepare materials and monitor production runs Maintain quality control and consistency standards Assist with production setup, cleanup, and workflow organization Coordinate with management and packaging teams Help meet daily production goals and deadlines Follow all OMMA compliance and facility SOP procedures Preferred Experience Cannabis manufacturing experience High-volume preroll production Packaging or post-processing experience Familiarity with METRC workflows is a plus What We're Looking For Strong work ethic Attention to detail Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality Positive attitude Team player mentality Production-minded individual who takes pride in efficiency and consistency Competitive pay will be based on experience and production capability.
