Compensation:

$90,000 to $95,000 per year We are a growing paper packaging manufacturer seeking a skilled Electrical and Instrumentation (E&I) Specialist for a highly visible, hands-on technical role. This position supports electrical, instrumentation, and controls needs across multiple areas of the facility, including paper machine operations, secondary fiber processing, automated warehouse systems, effluent treatment operations, and boiler and utility systems. Schedule Full time, on-site in Pryor, OK. Compensation $90,000 to $95,000 per year. What You'll Do The E&I Specialist will navigate process control systems and associated field devices, and will assess, program, and repair PLCs, HMIs, drives, and other control systems. This role acts as a consultant and resource to operations and maintenance team members when identifying and troubleshooting issues, and supports capital project installations of instrumentation and control devices. The E&I Specialist manages changes to systems by keeping programs backed up and documentation, schematics, and drawings up to date, and supports daily activities, periodic shutdowns for fabric changes and maintenance, long term planning, and capital projects related to process controls and the E&I department. The role also supports reliability programs such as thermography, ultrasound, and motor and power analysis. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial technology, or a related field, or a vocational certificate or diploma in electronic controls, instrumentation, or a related technician program (combination of education and experience considered in lieu of a degree) 1 to 3+ years of experience as an electrical maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment Strong troubleshooting skills and knowledge of electrical sensors, switches, controllers, instrumentation, transmitters, automated valves, calibrations, industrial communications, robotics, motion control, and AC/DC control power Programming experience including the ability to create, monitor, and modify PLC and DCS control logic Ability to work with plant personnel, engineering groups, and outside contractors to ensure proper execution of work Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously Preferred Qualifications Paper manufacturing or other industrial manufacturing experience Compensation and Benefits $90,000 to $95,000 per year Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k Paid time off To apply, submit your resume for consideration.
