Company Overview Tmat Products, LLC is a consumer goods company based in Mustang, OK, specializing in made-in-America products sold primarily through e-commerce platforms like Shopify and Amazon. We're looking for a hands-on Shop Assistant to support daily operations in our production and warehouse areas. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, staying organized, and staying involved in a variety of tasks—from running 3D printers to assembling products and keeping inventory in order. What You'll Do Help build, prep, and package products as part of the production workflow Gather components and materials needed for orders and manufacturing Keep inventory and storage areas tidy, labeled, and well organized Assist with general shop duties such as cleaning, organizing workspaces, and basic equipment care Operate and oversee several 3D printers to maintain print consistency and minimize downtime What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license and dependable personal transportation Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as part of routine work Independent worker with good initiative Mechanical aptitude and comfort with hands-on troubleshooting Familiarity with common shop tools (drills, saws, basic hand tools) Prior exposure to 3D printing is a plus Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
