Previous hands-on BarCloud experience is required for this position. Measurement accuracy is critical. Candidates must be able to read a tape measure accurately and consistently. This position involves soldering, cutting, oven-related material handling, washing components, racking products, production monitoring, and quality inspection. Candidates must be ready for the 6:00 AM start-up meeting each workday. Responsibilities Work between Vent and Core departments based on production needs Monitor production lines and product flow Inspect components and finished products for quality Make cuts according to production requirements Pull materials and components from ovens Wash and clean components Rack completed or prepared products Solder brass edges to cores Operate torches and #50 soldering irons Use saws and other production tools Perform quality checks throughout production Identify basic production or quality concerns Maintain daily production goals with minimal supervision Move between tasks and departments as workflow changes Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude Strong problem-solving skills Experience using hand tools Ability to work independently and self-manage assigned tasks Ability to move between departments throughout the workday Strong attention to detail and product quality Dependable attendance and punctuality Must be ready to participate in the 6:00 AM start-up meeting Experience with soldering, torches, saws, assembly, manufacturing, or production equipment is preferred but not required for mechanically inclined candidates with related experience.
