Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paper Worker to join our dynamic team. Duties Manage and process incoming and outgoing paper documents with accuracy and efficiency Organize, file, and maintain physical and digital records to ensure easy retrieval Assist with data entry tasks using computer literacy tools such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks Support front desk operations, including greeting visitors and managing multi-line phone systems with professionalism Handle confidential information with discretion, ensuring privacy and security at all times Perform clerical duties such as proofreading, copying, scanning, and mailing documents Coordinate calendar management and schedule appointments for team members or clients Skills Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and general office management software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus for communicating with diverse clients and team members Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling client inquiries via phone or in person Experience in clerical work, data entry, filing, and proofreading to ensure accuracy and professionalism Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining discretion Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a busy environment Previous office management or personal assistant experience is beneficial for supporting administrative functions Join us as a Paper Worker and become an integral part of our vibrant team!
