What You'll Do:
Prepare materials, supplies, and tools needed for daily tasks. Support a variety of production crews as needed throughout the facility. Perform carpentry work with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. Use hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and effectively. Assist with framing, exterior work, painting support, T-Bar installation, finish work, and cut shop operations. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas. Follow production schedules and quality standards. Learn new skills and advance to higher levels of responsibility. Higher-level positions may provide training, technical support, and workflow assistance to production teams. ✅
What We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Willingness to learn new skills and take on new challenges. Ability to work efficiently and meet production goals. Reliable transportation. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Construction experience and knowledge of materials, methods, and commercial building practices. Ability to read and understand floor plans, drawings, and construction specifications. Experience supporting multiple crews and projects simultaneously. Ability to train and mentor team members. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
