Job Description

Production Operator Our Client is a local electronic component manufacturer and an innovative company that excels at meeting market demands for superior quality in workmanship, delivery & customer service for their plastic packaging products. As a Production Operator you will be responsible for completing various tasks within a manufacturing environment. If you are reliable, with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and self motivated, then this is the job for you. Aptitude for learning and coaching is key with this position.
Location :
Beaverton, OR Shift:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5pm (great schedule!)
Pay:
Starting at $19/hr (more for well qualified candidates!) Duties Kitting materials Part cleaning Operating an automated media blaster machine Operating punch press Operating molding press Operating small sawing equipment Rework at component level Visual component inspection with and without a microscope Final packaging of component for shipment Shipping/Receiving as needed Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in manufacturing Prior experience using tweezers and small tools under microscope is preferred. Must demonstrate the ability to read inspection, assembly, and rework instructions. Experience in plastics molding and in-process inspection highly preferred. Competitive applicants will have held jobs for at least 1-2 years at a time with good references.
