A day in the life You arrive to a clean, organized production floor and review the day's work instructions. You set up the equipment, confirm materials meet standards, and begin a series of precise assembly and fitting tasks. Throughout your shift, you check parts before and after assembly, keep your area spotless, and coordinate with teammates to hit department goals—all while staying on pace and adapting to shifting priorities. Before you wrap up, you document results and prepare the next run so the team can keep moving smoothly Monday through Thursday.
